Governor Katie Hobbs ordered flags in any respect state buildings be flown at
half-staff from dawn to sundown Saturday, Nov. 25, in honor of Sgt. Andrew Southard, of Apache Junction, who was killed in a November 10 helicopter crash throughout routine flight coaching within the Mediterranean Sea.
Southard was a member of the U.S. Military Particular Operations Forces, elite a hundred and sixtieth Particular Operations Aviation Regiment, and considered one of 5 casualties. In response to the Division of Protection, the MH-60 Blackhawk was conducting aerial refueling coaching when the
